CROPPING
To match the photographic print ordered, to the size of the canvas print specified, I may have to crop the image to fit the proportions of the canvas print. I ask that you trust my creative judgment to give the best possible crop of the image selected. If the image selected does not work for the size ordered, I will contact you directly.
SHIPPING
If you prefer to make a local pick up rather than having your canvas print shipped, please contact me directly.
REFUNDS
I hope you love your new canvas print! Sometimes colors may vary between what you see on a computer screen and what is printed on the canvas. If a canvas print you ordered doesn't work for you, please contact me directly. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, I will happily refund the cost of your canvas print.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your canvas print(s) are damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the outside of the box and of the damage to the print, and send the photos to me. I will reorder and replace it for you. If a print arrives and there is an issue with the image due to the printing process, I will also reorder it for you. In order to replace prints though, I do need those photos of the damaged or improperly printed product.
30 DAY REFUND POLICY
I would love your experience with Monica Darling Photography to be a positive one! If your order needs to be replaced or refunded, I ask you to reach out to me immediately. If for some reason your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the date you received it.
